    What was wrong: We listed Midi Health starting price as $99/mo. Actual starting price had increased to $129/mo on 2026-04-01.

    What we changed: Updated starting price field. Added "last priced" stamp showing 2026-05-13. Added price-history note in changelog.

    What was wrong: Cited pancreatitis rate as 0.3% citing a 2023 study. The cited study had been retracted in early 2025.

    What we changed: Replaced citation with SURMOUNT-1 trial data showing 0.4-0.6% rate range. Note the older study retraction is now in the source footnote.

    What was wrong: Listed Evernow as available in 48 states. They had paused service in Texas and Florida pending compounding pharmacy review.

    What we changed: Reduced state count to 46. Added note: "Service paused in TX/FL pending 503A pharmacy partner re-certification."

    What we changed: Updated table to show per-dose pricing. Added "dose affects price" note.

    What was wrong: Implied all PCOS patients should be screened for insulin resistance. Updated AACE/ACE guidelines clarify screening criteria depend on phenotype.

    What we changed: Rewrote section to reflect 4 PCOS phenotypes (Rotterdam criteria) and which need IR screening. Added link to PCOS phenotype quiz.
