Also known as: anti-Müllerian hormone

Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) is produced by small developing follicles in the ovary. Its level gives an estimate of the size of the remaining egg supply, or ovarian reserve.

AMH is relatively stable across the menstrual cycle. It tends to be higher in PCOS and declines toward menopause.
