Premarin

A brand of conjugated estrogens derived from equine sources, used in menopausal hormone therapy.

Premarin is a brand name for conjugated equine estrogens, a mixture of estrogens used to treat menopausal symptoms. It is one of the older estrogen preparations.

It differs from estradiol-based products in its composition. Product choice is individualized with a clinician.
